Postpartum Nourishment ♡

The Village Mumma's postpartum meals follow Ayurvedic & TCM guidelines and are specifically curated with particular spices to support the body in healing, rejuvenating, supporting blood building and restoring natural balance in the body.

Your postpartum is sacred mumma. It's time to take it slow whilst you rejuvenate your body and slowly emerge as mother in this magical world. Enjoy the delicious gently spiced organic nourishment to support your womb and set a beautiful foundation as you journey through motherhood ♡

**Please read note below re ONCE OFF charge for your jars.

Full serve: You will be nourished with 10 - 15 meals a week (1x 1L jar = 2 - 3 large meals per jar) so 5 jars a week, plus 2 snacks.

• Due to high demand we are excited to announce we are now offering half serves for $165 ♡ •

Half Serve: You will be nourished with 7-10 meals a week (1 x 500ml jar = 1.5-2 meals) so 5 jars a week, plus 2 snacks.

This menu varies from week to week ♡

There is currently a $20 delivery fee to local Gold Coast area.

Please note: All postpartum meals are prepared on bone broth and ghee for their wonderful healing benefits but you do have the option to substitute for mushroom broth and coconut oil if you would prefer. Please be sure to advise if required.

Returning the Glass Jars ♡

The meals are delivered in glass jars which we ask to be returned every week so we can continue to re use the jars and avoid creating landfill ♡

 Please text us on 0490 098 730 to let us know when you're jars are ready for collection.

**Please note, so we can maintain our sustainability and reduce our environmental footprint a $20 once off charge is applied to the full serve meals and a $15 once off charge is applied to the half serve meals to cover the cost of the jars. Upon consecutive ordering, when your jars are returned, we will send you a discount code to be applied to your cart to discount the respective $20 & $15. And if you don't order again, the jars are yours to reuse ~ but we hope you do ♡
